Encouragement Labs
For Original Thinkers of all ages eager to access their imagination, creativity, empowerment, and self-appreciation in a playful, trusting, and ingenious ways. Command a toolkit of life hacks, uplifting techniques, perspectives, ideas, writings, and music to enhance clarity, reduce stress, and nourish your soul.
Affinity classes are made available for Young Adults 18+, Elders, Intergenerational Lifelong Learners, Parents, and Educators.
Adulting with Confidence
This Young Adult’s (18+) Guide to Balance and Wonder joyfully imparts the competencies of positive imagination, self-wisdom, emotionally intelligent leadership, and non-violent conflict resolution.
This emerging leadership program is for those wanting to triumph in imagining, planning, and creating a fabulous life in the midst of this challenging, confusing world.
Learners create a custom roadmap to promote and sustain flourishing.
This multidisciplinary six-month leadership program involves a three-hour monthly commitment for participants and a four-hour monthly commitment for mentors.
Online and in-person sessions are supported by vetted coaches and mentors.
Upon course completion, participants receives an Adulting with Confidence certification from the VAST Institute and Illuminating Humankindness.
