Encouragement Labs are psychologically safe forums facilitated to share impactful solutions to everyday issues. These keynotes, or 60-90-minute in-person and online sessions build self-respect, confidence and trustworthy community.
Those interested in improving their Quality of Life can then become peer mentors focusing on the following skills:
In Young Adult’s Guide to Balance and Wonder, you learn to and apply a matrix of life hacks including, cognitive replenishment, positive imagination, self-wisdom, emotionally intelligent leadership, healthy relationships, and respectful conflict resolution to construct a personalized success roadmap to flourish in today's world.
This adventure is brimming with encouraging truths, case studies, proven techniques, and ancient wisdom to serve young adults (18+) as an inoculation against the cynicism and hopelessness that permeates many aspects of our daily lives. Participation entails a three hour monthly commitment for Learners and a four hour monthly commitment for mentors.
Graduates qualify to become peer mentors and are prepared to master their quality of life. These skillsets develop enlightened leaders through the application of kindhearted power to achieve what is beyond
your imagination.
Program Course Content:
Month 1
The Alchemy of Self Wisdom: We explore five realms to assess your personal strengths and areas of growth with clarity to develop our physical, cognitive, and emotional selves. In short, you design a blueprint to know where to pay attention so you can most easily flourish.
Month 2
Emotional Ease: Acquire the steps to command an emotionally rich vocabulary that empowers closeness and mutually beneficial conflict resolution. Possess clarity, balance, and self-appreciation.
Month 3
Influence and the Authentic Life: Personal Integration & Quality of Life. Where to pay attention to garner the best outcomes possible. Cognitive Replenishment, Positive Imagination, and How to be comfortable with your most authentic self. True Power knows it need not prove itself.
Month 4
Healthy Relationships: How to employ beneficial relationship methods that encourage authenticity and healthy boundaries based on your unique value system, priorities, and preferences.
Month 5
Leading with Style and Presence: Acquire the Leadership Skills of Perspective, Compassion, Awe, Creativity, Collaboration, and Synergy to achieve dazzling outcomes with teams, friends and family.
Month 6
Unveiling your Adulting with Confidence Skills via Wonder, Wisdom, and Celebration. Newly certified Adulting with Confidence graduates celebrate your wholeness, authenticity, and personal power as you own and unveil your updated Masterpiece of Self.
Month 7 and beyond
Ongoing Support , Mentoring and Encouragement for and from the Illuminating Humankindness Community.
