To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Kelsey, and I am a 29-year-old Satellite who is cultivating my full potential. I have been receiving Illuminating Humankindness (THK) mentorship services for over 20 hours over several months, and I credit much of my recent successes to the program's empowering and kindhearted guidance.

I am a creative professional early in my career, and finding inspiration or motivation to further my business goals can be difficult. Like many of us, I have been my worst enemy and constructed an elaborate and unkind internal dialogue for my entire life. My incredibly negative self-perception has consistently held me back, and Michelle has provided me with several tools to help dismantle my negative self-talk.

Michelle's many years of experience are evident in how she approaches me without judgment and with unbound warmth. She sees each individual as inherently good and deeply powerful and helps her clients and mentees tap into that power. She is supportive and gentle, unafraid to call you out on your nonsense.

One of the most impactful things Michelle, or anyone, has ever said to me was: if you're not going to invest in yourself, why should I invest in you?" It was a hard truth that

I desperately needed to hear. I have good and bad days, but thanks to this mentoring program, l can now realize the simple power of investing in myself and my future. Even when I have a terrible day, I can look at the habits she has helped me build and see that through an action as simple as making my bed, I am investing in my happiness. I am happy to report that after investing in myself as one of THK 's mentees, I have landed a full-time job in my field.

I could go on for several more paragraphs about how Michelle has helped me reclaim my power through her mentorship. She is one of the most genuine and intelligent people I have ever met, and I cannot speak more highly of these programs and her services.
