To Whom It May Concern,

When I first heard of the Illuminating Humankindness (IHK) Mentoring Program, facilitated by Michelle Sherman, it was through my sister. She told me that there was a meeting she was going to attend with a friend. It was a mentoring-type thing. I had been looking for something like this and thought, "Why not try it out." This has been one of the better decisions I have made in my life thus far.

I started working with Michelle around two months ago. Since our meetings first began, I have learned and grown significantly as a human. I have sought the truth about my strengths, weaknesses, personal values, red flags, relationships, and life goals (financial and individual). These, among a few other surprising things. This includes my newly found love for calendars. It is a pretty simple yet, somehow, to me, profoundly new concept. I have since been able to keep appointments with friends, work, and health in order. The amount of stress relief this has caused me in 2 months alone has been remarkable. And continues to get better.

When I first met Michelle, I was not sure what to expect. We were meeting with some other people, and I was very nervous. We all met at a breakfast cafe overlooking a beautiful beach. The second I walked through the door, Michelle greeted me with kindness, integrity, and a passion for helping others realize their full potential in every way. I felt immediately like this was where I needed to be. Michelle is the type of person who sees the best you before you can and teaches positive self-reflection.

In the short time I have been a part of the IHK Mentoring Program, I have found a way to look into my future and see more available than I could have dreamed of. I am now in the process of a positive push into the life I believe is possible.

I think this is the way for anyone looking to find a path of growth and anyone who wants to bring a better energy to the world. I have only gained from working with Michelle in both a group and individual setting, and I would recommend checking out what this program has to offer. Onward and upward!
