A lifelong daydreamer interested in the intersections of imagination, entrepreneurship, education, and wellness, Paula Intravaia develops the creative potential in others as a startup co-founder and Managing Partner at Cloud Club Collective and as a design-based educator. Paula's many roles in support of K-20 teachers, students, and administrators in developing mindsets and skills for the integration of design thinking and innovation as an instructor/course designer for USD Professional and Continuing Education, the Del Mar Union School District, Designer in Residence for the Design Lab at UCSD, and member of Design Forward San Diego’s Educators Alliance.

Paula is delighted to collaborate on our encouragement labs because she believes in our vision of dazzling outcomes, values our integrity, experience, and exuberance, and understands the urgency to illuminate human kindness by activating collective imagination and empowering young people to take positive action.
